Pork Chops with Rice

Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F.
Season the chops with one teaspoon of rosemary, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and cook the chops for 5 minutes per side. 
Remove the pork chops and arrange them in a baking dish.
Cook the cream of mushroom and chicken soup, rosemary, thyme, and milk. Whisk well and mix into the rice. Add to the dish.
Add the butter and bring to a gentle boil. Pour over the chops and bake for 2 hours.
