These instant hard boiled eggs are handy for numerous recipes. Boil as many as necessary.

Ingredients:
6-12 eggs (Or as many as the steamer basket can take)
1 cup water
Directions:
1. Add 1 cup of water to the pressure cooker.
2. Insert the steamer basket. Add as many eggs as you want to the steamer basket.
3. Close the lid and lock. Set the timer as follows on LOW pressure: For soft-boiled eggs 2-3 minutes, For medium-boiled eggs 3-4 minutes and Hard-boil 6 minutes.
4. At the end of the cooking time, quick release the pressure.
5. Transfer the eggs to a bowl filled with ice water. Let them cool for at least 5 minutes.
6. Serve with desired dish or transfer to the fridge.
