Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups polenta flour
1 teaspoon salt
5 cups vegetable broth
Directions:
1. Combine broth with salt in the pressure cooker then bring to a boil.
2. Add the polenta flour gradually, while stirring in one direction with a wooden spoon until everything has been added.
3. Close the lid and lock. Cook for 8-9 minutes at high pressure. At the end of the cooking time, quick release the pressure.
4. Open the lid and whisk the polenta until smooth. Transfer to a serving pan or serve in individual dishes.
