Almond And Berries Steel Cut Oats (Clean eating, Vegetarian)

Ingredients:

1 cup steel cut oats

1 1/2 cups almond milk

1/2 cup water

3 tablespoons maple syrup

1 cup mixed berries

1/4 cup sliced almonds

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Mix together all the ingredients in the pressure cooker.

2. Close the lid and lock. Cook for 5 minutes at high pressure.

3. At the end of the cooking time, use the Natural Release method for 10 minutes then quick release the remaining pressure.
