Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds beef brisket
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon mustard powder
2 teaspoons sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
5 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups chicken stock
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
6 carrots, sliced
1/4 cup fresh parsley
Directions:
1. In large bowl, mix together honey, paprika, mustard powder, sea salt and pepper. Add the meat and coat on all sides generously.

3. Add the meat to the pressure cooker and brown on all sides. Return garlic and onion to the pressure cooker.
4. Stir in the chicken stock, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Add the liquid smoke, carrots and parsley.
