The pressure cooker makes beef back ribs tender and juicy in less than one hour.

Ingredients:
3 pounds beef back ribs
2 teaspoons coarse salt
1 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup of beef broth
12 ounces homemade barbeque sauce
Directions:
1. Cut up the ribs into serving sizes.
2. Mix together the spices and rub all over the ribs.
3. Heat olive oil in the pressure cooker using the "brown" or "sauté" button. Add the ribs and brown on all sides.
4. Insert the trivet in the pressure cooker and pour in the beef broth. Add the ribs, but do not exceed the maximum fill line.
5. Close the lid and lock. Cook for 30-35 minutes at high pressure. At the end of the cooking time, use the Natural Release method.
6. Remove the ribs from the pot. Add the barbeque sauce to the cooking liquid and simmer for about 10 minutes to thicken.
7. Serve ribs with sauce.
