This hearty chowder is filling and you can make it easily in the pressure cooker.

Ingredients:
14 ounces fresh, skinless, boneless, salmon fillet
1 medium onion, chopped finely
1 large potato, peeled, cut into chunks
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups water
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cups light cream
Directions:
1. In the pressure cooker, combine the fish, onion, potato, chicken broth, water, wine and milk.
2. Close the lid and lock. Cook for 8-10 minutes at high pressure. At the end of the cooking time, use the Natural Release method.
3. Carefully open the lid then season with salt and pepper.
4. Return to heat, stir in the cream and let simmer until slightly thickened.
