Tasty steamed fish infused with the flavor of mixed herbs.

Ingredients:
4 (6-ounce) cod fillets, thawed
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 scallions, white and green parts, chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
10 ounces frozen peas
1 cup chicken broth
1/3 cup wine

Directions:
1. In a small bowl, add together garlic, scallions, basil, oregano and paprika.
2. Add the broth and wine to the pressure cooker together with the herb mixture. Season with salt and stir thoroughly.
3. Insert the steamer basket and place the fish in the basket.
3. Close the lid and lock. Cook for 3 minutes at high pressure. At the end of the cooking time, quick release the pressure.
4. Remove the fish and set aside.
5. Add the peas to the cooking liquid, bring to a boil and cook, uncovered for 3-5 minutes.
6. Serve fish with peas.
