Ingredients:
1 cup long grain white rice
1 1/2 cups water or broth
1 cup water
Directions:
1. Combine rice with 1 1/2 cup of water or broth in a metal bowl that can fit easily into your pressure cooker.
2. Add 1 cup of water to the pressure cooker then insert the trivet. Create foil handles for the metal bowl and place it on the trivet.
3. Close the lid and lock. Cook for 5 minutes at high pressure. At the end of the cooking time, use the Natural Release method.
4. Open the lid, fluff the rice with a fork then serve.
