Ingredients:
1 medium spaghetti squash
1 cup water
Toppings: Pesto sauce, Cheese
Directions:
1. Cut the ends of the squash then cut it in half crosswise. Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds.
2. Add 1 cup of water to the pressure cooker and insert the trivet. Add the squash to the pressure cooker.
3. Close the lid and lock. Cook for 7-8 minutes at high pressure. At the end of the cooking time, quick release the pressure.
4. Remove the squash from the pressure cooker. Using a fork, carefully remove the squash fibers from the shell and place on a platter.
5. Serve, topped with pesto sauce and garnished with a sprinkle of cheese.
