A colorful side dish for you dinner table.

Ingredients:
1 pound Brussels sprouts
1/2 cup walnuts, toasted, chopped coarsely
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Olive oil
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Wash Brussels sprouts, remove outer leaves then trim the stems. Slice the biggest ones in half so they will cook evenly.
2. Add one cup of water to the pressure cooker and insert the steamer basket. Add the Brussels sprouts to the steamer basket.
3. Close the lid and lock. Cook for 4 minutes at high pressure. At the end of the cooking time, quick release the pressure.
4. Transfer the Brussels sprouts to a serving dish. Toss with lemon juice, olive oil, walnuts, salt and pepper.
5. Serve warm.
