Ingredients:
3 pears, peeled, cored, diced
1 (12-ounce) package cranberries (fresh or frozen)
3/4 cup hot water
1 cup honey
1/2 cup white sugar
1 clove
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 pinch of cinnamon
Directions:
1. In the pressure cooker, combine hot water, honey, sugar and clove. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
2. Stir in the nutmeg and cinnamon then add the pears and cranberries.
3. Close the lid and lock. Cook for 7 minutes at LOW pressure. At the end of the cooking time, quick release the pressure.
