Dried Fruits In Wine Sauce (Clean eating, Gluten free, Vegan)

Ingredients:

1 medium onion, diced

1 garlic clove, minced

2 tablespoon olive oil 

1 cup dried apricots

1 cup dried peaches

1 cup dried figs

1 1/2 cup red wine

1/2 cup water

3/4 cup packed brown sugar

2 lemon slices

1 cinnamon stick

Salt and pepper, to taste (optional)

Directions:

1. Cut the dried fruits into smaller pieces.

2. Heat olive oil in the pressure cooker using the "brown" or "sauté" button. Sauté onion and garlic for about 5 minutes.

3. Add the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil and stir until the sugar dissolves.

4. Close the lid and lock. Cook for 5 minutes at high pressure. At the end of the cooking time, quick release the pressure.

5. Serve warm.
