Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 pound cooked chicken, diced
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
1 cup ranch dressing
1 cup hot sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in the pressure cooker using the "brown" or "sauté" button. Add the onion and garlic; sauté for about 3 minutes.
2. Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
3. Close the lid and lock. Cook for 7 minutes at high pressure. At the end of the cooking time, quick release the pressure.
4. Serve with celery sticks.
