This spicy sausage is good as an appetizer but it can work for dinner too. Just serve it over potato or rice with a side of healthy vegetables.

Ingredients:
2 pounds smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
Water
1 1/2 cups homemade barbecue sauce
3 teaspoons hot sauce
4 tablespoons brown sugar
4 tablespoons cup ketchup
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon fish sauce
Directions:
1. Add the sausage to the pressure cooker and cover with water.
2. Close the lid and lock. Cook for 10 minutes at high pressure. At the end of the cooking time, quick release the pressure.
3. Carefully open the lid and drain the sausage.
4. Add the rest of the ingredients then bring to a simmer. Let simmer gently for about 3-4 minutes.
