Making your own barbeque sauce gives you control on the ingredients that goes into it and the flavors that are infused.

Servings: Yields about 2.5 cups
Ingredients:
1/2 cup water
1 cup ketchup
6 tablespoons red wine vinegar
6 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon hot sauce
2 teaspoons fish sauce
1/2 tablespoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon ground clove powder
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
2 1/2 tablespoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in the pressure cooker. Mix well until honey dissolves evenly.
3. Close the lid and lock. Cook for 10 minutes at high pressure. At the end of the cooking time, quick release the pressure.
