ANDRE AGASSI is a former professional tennis player with eight Grand Slam titles to his name. He now oversees a foundation and a charter school in Las Vegas.

SCOTT D. ANTHONY (@ScottDAnthony) is managing partner of the growth strategy consulting firm Innosight and co-author of the book, Dual Transformation: How to Reposition Today’s Business While Creating the Future (Harvard Business Review Press, 2017).

MIKHAIL BARYSHNIKOV is a ballet dancer who is a former star of the Kirov Ballet. In 1974 he defected to Canada, then settled in the U.S. at the American Ballet Theatre, where he later became artistic director. He left in 1989 to cofound a modern dance company and take on film, theater, and TV roles. He is now the artistic director of the Baryshnikov Arts Center and, at age 63, still performs.

SIR ALEX FERGUSON is a famed coach of the Manchester United football team, where he spent 26 seasons, during which time the team won 13 English league titles along with 25 other domestic and international trophies.

JOE GIRARDI is a former manager of the New York Yankees. He was named National League Manager of the Year after his only year with the Florida Marlins in 2006, and he led the Yankees to their 27th World Series win in 2009. He played catcher for five Major League Baseball teams over his 15-year career.

GRAHAM JONES, PHD, has consulted to top performers in business, athletics, and the military for more than 20 years. He is currently the Managing Director of Top Performance Consulting Ltd., based in Wokingham in the United Kingdom.

JIM LOEHR, a performance psychologist, has worked with hundreds of professional athletes, including Monica Seles, Dan Jansen, and Mark O’Meara. Loehr is also a cofounder and the CEO of LGE Performance Systems in Orlando, Florida, a consulting firm that applies training principles developed in sports to business executives.

GREG LOUGANIS is a former diver who won double gold medals in back-to-back Olympic Games. Later he revealed to the public that he was both gay and HIV-positive and became an advocate for human rights. He now mentors top U.S. divers.
