Genevieve Taylor would like to thank….
I have had such fun writing this MasterChef Street Food book – what a joy is has been to research, cook and eat my way around the world. The writing and testing of recipes are just one process of creating a great cook book, and I’d like to thank the whole team for their individual parts that make up the whole gorgeous thing you have in front of you. Everybody at Shine has been brilliant, and thanks are due to the fabulous MasterChef contributors from around the globe who have added much expertise and local knowledge in their recipes.
Absolute Press has, yet again, done me proud. Emily North (Project Editor) Kim Musgrove (Designer) and Jon Croft (Publisher and general grand fromage) – thanks to you all. Big thanks to Rachel Malig for her excellent nips and tucks to my words, and to my fabulous agent, Kate Hordern for steering my path calmly and sensibly.
It has been such an honour to work once again with David Loftus, who’s photos are indeed legendary, but also because of the quiet, calm and happy way he goes about capturing beauty. Thanks so much David. And also huge thanks to the extremely creative and very lovely Ange Morris who’s prop styling enhances my food no end. I was ably assisted on the photoshoots by some really great food stylists – Danielle Combes, Laura Field, Jennifer Henry, Laura Rowe, Helen Upshall – it was so great to have all your steady hands in the kitchen!
Last but clearly not least – what is a cookbook without a legion of willing family and friends to eat the spoils of my cooking? It’s been so good to share the bounty with you all. Big love.
Shine would like to thank…
