“What’d you feed it?”

“Anybody he wants.”

“Frank, stop it.” The heavyset aquarium PR representative gave a nervous laugh and turned to the reporter. “That’s just marine biologist humor. Don’t mind Frank.”

The three stood on a narrow walkway overlooking the large, sky-blue tank.

“Ours is the biggest ever in captivity,” the anxious PR woman said. She smiled and turned around awkwardly, bumping the reporter into the tank.

Immediately, a dorsal fin sliced across the surface.

The reporter splashed, gasping for breath, then felt a bump. He spun in the water and came face to face with the smiling dolphin.
