Takes: 15 min. • Makes: 2 servings
1 large grapefruit
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preheat broiler. Cut grapefruit crosswise in half; if desired, cut a thin slice from the bottom of each so that they sit level. Cut around each grapefruit section to loosen fruit. Place on a baking sheet. Top with butter. Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over fruit. Broil 4 in. from heat until sugar is bubbly.
1/2 grapefruit: 203 cal., 12g fat (7g sat. fat), 31mg chol., 116mg sod., 26g carb. (24g sugars, 2g fiber), 1g pro.
