NO-FUSS ROLLS

These four-ingredient rolls are ready in no time. And they taste great with herb butter or jam.

Takes: 25 min. • Makes: 6 rolls

1 cup self-rising flour

1/2 cup 2% milk

2 Tbsp. mayonnaise

1/2 tsp. sugar

Preheat oven to 450°. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Spoon into 6 muffin cups coated with cooking spray. Bake until a toothpick comes out clean, for 12-14 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before removing from the pan to a wire rack. Serve warm.

Note: As a substitute for 1 cup of self-rising flour, place 11/2 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. salt in a measuring cup. Add all-purpose flour to measure 1 cup.
