PARMESAN SWEET CREAM BISCUITS

Sweet cream biscuits were the first kind I mastered. Since the ingredients are so simple, I can scale the recipe up or down. But usually it's up, they're so good.

Takes: 25 min. Makes: about 1 dozen

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tsp. baking powder
