Classic monkey bread is a sweetly spiced breakfast treat. I came up with a savory, individual-sized dinner version. With garlic and Italian seasoning, it's a hit.

1 tube (16.3 oz.) large refrigerated flaky biscuits
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Additional Italian seasoning
1. Preheat oven to 425°. Separate biscuits; cut each into 6 pieces. In a large bowl, combine the butter, garlic and Italian seasoning; add the biscuit pieces and toss to coat.
2. Place 4 biscuit pieces in each of 12 greased muffin cups. Sprinkle with cheese and additional Italian seasoning. Bake until the biscuits are golden brown, 8-10 minutes. Serve warm.
