CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

It’s a snap to make a batch of tasty cookies when you use this recipe. My family gobbles them up.

Prep: 10 min. Bake: 10 min./batch Makes: 4 dozen

1 pkg. devil’s food cake mix (regular size)

2 large eggs, room temperature

1/3 cup canola oil

1 pkg. (10 oz.) peanut butter chips

1. In a bowl, beat cake mix, eggs and oil (batter will be very stiff). Stir in peanut butter chips.

2. Roll into 1-in. balls. Place on lightly greased baking sheets; flatten slightly. Bake at 350° until a slight indentation remains when lightly touched, about 10 minutes. Cool on pans for 2 minutes before removing to wire racks.
