Waldorf Salad

This famous salad recipe has been adapted for the keto diet.

Ingredients:

2 cups of your preferred salad leaves

1 ounce of roughly chopped walnuts

6 grapes, cut into quarters

½ granny smith apple, sliced thinly

2 celery stalks, sliced thinly at an angle

¼ cup of mayo

Salt

Black pepper

Directions:

Toss all the ingredients in a large bowl and serve.
