A traditional Middle Eastern salad with a keto twist.

Ingredients:
1 1/3 cup of hemp hearts
½ cup of extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup of lemon juice
¼ cup of fresh mint, chopped
8 green onions, finely chopped
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 bunches of fresh parsley, chopped
1 small clove of garlic, crushed
½ teaspoon of gray sea salt
Directions:
1. Whisk the juice, oil and salt together in a large bowl.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and toss to coat.
