Whip out your pressure cooker and make this healthy soup.

Ingredients:
12 ounces of frozen kale
4 cups of chicken broth or water
2 cups of cooked chicken breast
1 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon of bouillon chicken mix
2 teaspoons of garlic, minced
½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon of pepper
1/16 teaspoon of ground cloves
1 teaspoon of salt
Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients in your pressure cooker or instant pot.
2. Cook for 5 minutes on high. Naturally release the pressure for 10 minutes.
3. Open the lid to release any leftover pressure.
4. Taste and adjust seasoning if required.
