Ingredients:
1 ½ pounds of minced or ground beef
1 cup of cheese, grated or shredded
2 medium eggs, beaten lightly
1 onion, finely chopped
Salt
Pepper
Shredded/grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients, except the two cheeses, together.
2. Season with your preferred flavorings.
3. Use your hands to thoroughly mix the ingredients and put a handful of the mixture into muffin pans. Do not press the mixture too hard to prevent them from turning into meatballs.
4. Top with the cheese and a sprinkling if shredded Parmesan cheese if using.
5. Bake at 350F.
