Ingredients:
1 pound of lean ground beef
1 cup of beef broth or water
½ cup of chopped green bell pepper
¼ cup of chopped onion
¼ cup of tomato paste
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons of sukrin gold
2 teaspoons of red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon of dijon or yellow mustard
2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of pepper
Directions:
1. Cook the beef in a medium pan for about 7 minutes over medium heat. As the beef cooks, crumble it into little pieces.
2. Stir in the remaining ingredients into the pan, and ensure that you add the broth last. Allow to simmer, lower heat to medium low, uncover and simmer for about 15 minutes.
3. Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
