Mug Meatloaf

Ingredients:

4 ounces of organic ground beef

3 tablespoons of no-sugar salsa

¼ cup of Cheddar cheese, shredded

¼ teaspoon of unrefined sea salt

¼ teaspoon of organic onion powder

Directions:

1. In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients with your hands.

2. Transfer the mixture into a microwaveable mug.

3. Heat for 6-8 minutes at 250 watts in the microwave. Serve.
