Cabbage Soup

This soup has just the right amount of kick.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Servings: 10

Ingredients:

1 (10-oz) can of diced tomatoes and green chilies

2 pounds of 90% lean ground beef

1 large cabbage head, chopped

1 teaspoon of ground cumin

4 bouillon cubes

4 cups of water

1 garlic clove, crushed

¼ large onion, chopped

Salt

Pepper

Directions:

1. In an instant pot, select the sauté option and brown the meat.

2. Add the onion and sauté until it is translucent.

3. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine.

4. Cook for 15 minutes at high pressure using quick release.
