Ingredients:
2 ½ cups of almond flour
½ cup of sugar or 1/3 cup of stevia
4 tablespoons of coconut oil or softened butter
2 tablespoons of water
2 tablespoons of agave nectar or water
1 egg
2 teaspoons of ground ginger
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
½ teaspoon of ground nutmeg
¼ tsp salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking pan with parchment paper. Keep the pan aside.
2. Cream the water, butter, agave nectar and egg with a hand blender.
3. Add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture and combine on low speed.
4. Roll the batter into 2 teaspoons of balls and place them on the prepared baking pan. Leave a little space between the balls.
5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the top of the cookies is slightly brown.
