Walnut Fudge

Ingredients:

4 ounces of softened cream cheese

1/3 cup of walnut pieces

1 stick plus 1 tablespoon of softened butter

3 tablespoons of dark cocoa powder

2 tablespoons of granulated sugar substitute

1 teaspoon of vanilla

Directions:

1. Combine the cheese and butter until it has no lumps.

2. Add the sugar substitute, cocoa powder and vanilla. Combine well.

3. Gently combine the walnuts with the mixture.

4. Line a plate or dish and place the walnut mixture in it.

5. Store in the refrigerator to set.

6. Slice the fudge and serve.
