Ingredients:
1 (6-oz) can of tomato paste
2 (14.5-oz) cans of diced tomatoes, drained
1 large cabbage head, cut into half and sliced
1 ½ pounds of ground beef
½ pound of ground pork
6 cups of beef broth
3 cups of cauliflower rice
1 cup of chopped onion
4 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of ghee or butter
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
3 teaspoons of dried oregano
2 teaspoons of garlic powder
2 teaspoons of smoked paprika
2 teaspoons of onion powder
2 teaspoons of sea salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
½ teaspoon of dried thyme
Directions:
1. Heat oil and butter in a large dutch oven or stockpot.
2. Sauté the garlic and onion in the pot until the garlic becomes fragrant and the onion turns translucent.
3. Brown the beef and pork in the pot and drain any extra grease.
4. Add the remaining ingredients to the pot and give it time to boil.
5. Lower heat and simmer the soup for 30-45 minutes.
