MICHAEL TREMBATH
Michael is the real deal. He’s been on a rich spiritual journey and has mountains of wisdom acquired from his guru and his travels through spiritual places such as India. He also has a natural ability to lean in and ‘feel’ more than the average human dares to. It’s a gift that I believe we all have, but don’t often tap into.
My relationship with him is multi-faceted.
I consider him a mentor, spiritual coach, guide, cheerleader, energetic healer and, most of all, dear friend.
There is a deep sense of love within and pouring forth from this man’s whole being that I’ve never felt before. And it’s a result of being deeply connected (that word again). He is empathetic and understanding. He can lean into your own energy and emotions in a way that makes you realise that we’re all connected. I feel what you feel and what we do to one we do to all.
The way his sessions work is hard to describe. Generally, you start with a little chat while he reads your pulse. His method of work is Samvahan, an ancient Indian vibrational healing technique. The reading of the pulse is to get a sense of how your organs are working and whether there are any imbalances he can work on. You then lie on a massage table and he proceeds to move energy around your body. He can sense blockages and move them to make your energy more at harmony and ease. Sometimes we talk through the session and that helps to highlight blockages for which he will give me practical energetic visualisations or exercises to move the energy. Sometimes we don’t talk at all. We go with the flow.
Besides his gifts as a healer and the fact that he balances me so well, I love his outlook on life. He’s playful and never takes things too seriously; he never labels anything as good or bad but rather accepts it is. He reminds me that everything in life has a cycle and changes. Everything passes. He deeply cares and loves. When you speak, he is in his body and really listens, without the need to get a point across or even speak back – he’s just ‘right there’. He’s humble and holds himself with integrity. I think perhaps he’s the kindest man I know. And I love him so much.
He is one of the most connected individuals I know. To do what he does takes that. If he’s not ‘tapped’ into his own mental, physical and energetic self, he can’t tap into and heal anyone else. Connection is his priority.
