Superfoods Oatmeal Breakfast
Serves 1
•  1 cup cooked oatmeal
•  1 teaspoon of ground flax seeds
•  1 teaspoon of sunflower seeds
•  a dash of cinnamon
•  half of the teaspoon of cocoa
Cook oatmeal with hot water and mix all ingredients. Sweeten if you have to with few drops of Stevia or raw honey. Optional: You can replace sunflower seeds with pumpkin seed or chia seed. You can add a handful of blueberries or any berries instead of cocoa.
