Chicken & Potato
Serves 1
•  6 oz. Chicken (or turkey), skinless, boneless grilled or prepared in the skillet.
•  1 medium baked potato or one scoop of cooked brown rice
•  Medium salad of your choice with Italian Dressing.
Even chicken (or turkey) with a meat mallet. Add 1 tsp of coconut oil to the skillet. Heat the skillet. Reduce to medium and cook until the meat is evenly browned. Don’t overcook. When done, serve it on the plate with potato.
