Pork & Potato
Serves 1
•  5 oz. lean pork tenderloin grilled or prepared in the skillet.
•  1 medium baked potato or one scoop of cooked brown rice
If you choose to prepare pork in the skillet, rub some rosemary, thyme and sage over the pork. Add 1 tsp of coconut oil to the skillet. Heat the skillet and brown pork on both sides, 7 to 10 minutes and place it on the plate with potato. You can eat a medium salad of your choice with Italian Dressing.
