Chicken, Grapefruit & Lettuce Salad

Ingredients - Allergies: SF, GF, DF, EF, NF

• 1 cup sliced grilled chicken
• 1/2 cup tomatoes
• 1 cup lettuce
• 1 cup chopped red and yellow grapefruit

Dressing :

• 1 tbsp. olive oil

• 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
• pinch of black pepper
• pinch of sea salt

Instructions: Mix all ingredients.
