Tuna, Quinoa, Parsley & Cucumber Salad

Ingredients - Allergies: SF, GF, DF, EF, NF
• 1 cup cooked quinoa
• 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
• 1/2 cup chopped tomato
• 1 cup drained tuna
• 1/4 cup parsley
Dressing :
• 1 tbsp. olive oil or black cumin oil
• 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
• pinch of black pepper
• pinch of sea salt
• 1 tbsp.
hemp seeds
Instructions: Mix all ingredients.
