• 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
• 1/2 cup chopped tomato
• 1 cup drained tuna
• 1/4 cup parsley
Dressing
:
• 1 tbsp.
olive
oil
or black
cumin
oil
• 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
• pinch of black pepper
• pinch of sea salt
• 1 tbsp.
hemp
seeds
