1. It is possible that the crossbody could be ill-fitting if the strap is too short. This can be problematic if you are tall, short, or top-heavy. If the crossbody doesn’t fit right I will take it in to be adjusted or order a longer strap. It costs a bit more but is a small price to pay for a bomb-ass bag.
2. Medium to high-end shops place their handbags in what is called a “dustbag” to protect them. The handbag is to be stored in the dustbag.
