4 medium tomatoes, halved

¼ cup (1 ounce) grated fat-free Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon unseasoned dry bread crumbs

½ teaspoon each: dried basil, marjoram, and thyme leaves

⅛–¼ teaspoon garlic powder

2–3 pinches pepper

1. Place tomatoes, cut sides up, in baking pan; sprinkle with combined remaining ingredients. Bake at 375 degrees until tomatoes are hot and topping is browned, 15 to 20 minutes.
