24 Five-Spice Potstickers (½ recipe) (see p. 23)
6 cups reduced-sodium fat-free chicken broth
1 cup sliced spinach
Reduced-sodium tamari soy sauce
Pepper, to taste
1. Make Five-Spice Potstickers through Step 2 in recipe.
2. Heat chicken broth to boiling in large saucepan; add potstickers and simmer, uncovered, until potstickers rise to the surface, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in spinach and green onion; simmer 2 to 3 minutes longer. Season to taste with soy sauce and pepper.
