  1. Prewarmth the oven to 375 degrees F. slightly lubricate a standard 12-cup muffin tin either line with paper liners.
  2. Grate the zucchini , then throughly squeeze this with a paper towel to take away as much glut water as probable. recur as needed. Supposing you have not already, soften the coconut oil and allow come to approximately 25 °C
