I decided to give a Chicago-style dog a healthy twist for my family. Our kids love it. You can use other fresh toppings to please just about anyone.

HOW-TO TOP IT
There’s no need to stick to ketchup and mustard when topping your burger, dog or brat. Sliced avocado, feta cheese, crispy bacon, crushed chips and chopped cucumber all make great toppers. Or get creative with Buffalo wing sauce, a fried egg, mac and cheese, pulled pork or even a salad from the deli department.
