FAST FIX

GRILLED CHEESE LOAF

What a fun change of pace! I often serve buttery grilled bread with steak and a salad. This is so quick to make, and it’s easy to heat alongside anything else you have on the grill.

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

GRILL SKILL

Going to grill at the tailgate? Place the grill on a solid surface, away from any activities so no one bumps into it. Don’t set the grill near shrubs, grass, overhangs or fences. Keep any coolers away from the grill. Set the cooler out of direct sunlight and replenish the ice if possible. Keep foods refrigerated before packing them into coolers and heading out for the tailgate.
