About the Author

Linda De Roche, PhD, is professor of English and American Studies at Wesley College, Dover, Delaware. Her published works include ABC-CLIO’s Mary Higgins Clark: Life and Letters and Greenwood’s Student Companion to Willa Cather and Student Companion to F. Scott Fitzgerald. She holds a doctorate in English from the University of Notre Dame.
