xs:NCName
An xs:NCName
is a noncolonized name as defined in "Namespaces in
XML" 1.0. This is a legal XML name that does not contain a colon.
The value must consist exclusively of letters, digits, ideographs,
and the underscore, hyphen, and period. Digits, the hyphen, and
the period may not be used to start a name, although they may be
used inside the name. Name characters allowed in XML 1.1 but not
in XML 1.0, such as the Ethiopic alphabet, are not allowed. These
are all legal values of type xs:NCName
