Chocolate fondant muffins

Ingredients
200g of brown sugar
1sachet of vanilla sugar
100g of flour
70g of cocoa in sweetened poudrenon
5g of yeast
2 eggs
100g of soft butter
1 tablespoon of milk
Preparation
Mix the brown sugar, vanilla sugar, flour (sifted is better!), cocoa powder and yeast in a bowl until the mixture is homogeneous.
Put the butter in a bowl and melt it in the microwave. Then mix it with the contents of the bowl.
Add 1 tablespoon of milk and mix again.
Separate the egg yolks and egg whites: put the yolks in the bowl and mix.
Whisk the egg whites until stiff. Add the egg whites to the contents of the bowl and mix well.
The dough is ready! Take your muffin tins and fill them with dough to about 3/4. Then put them in the oven at half height for about 15 minutes at 200°C (thermostat 6-7). The knife should come out slightly damp.
To be enjoyed still warm after baking for the melting side, or cooled for a chocolate explosion!
