Tiles with orange zest without butter

Ingredients
200g caster sugar
200g of fresh cream
150g of flour
100g of almond slivers
orange peel
Preparation
Beat the fresh cream and sugar. Gradually incorporate the flour and almonds.
Recover the orange zest and grate finely. Pour all the zest into the dough with 1 tablespoon of orange juice.
Pour the dough in small tiles on a baking tray covered with baking paper, using a spoon.
Bake for 5 minutes at 180°C (gas mark 6).
Cut off the cooked slices with a knife and place them on a lying bottle or a rolling pin to form tiles.
